BIG SUR features 4.0-inch wide tires with deep tread patterns, optimizing grip and drainage in muddy and snowy conditions. Its hydraulic suspension fork and short-wheelbase, low-center-of-gravity frame ensure agile handling on tough terrains. Supporting third-party customization, it comes with pre-installed rack mounting holes for easy camping gear attachment. Equipped with a dual-mode power system (commute/off-road), BIG SUR delivers a natural riding feel during daily commutes via its torque sensor, while the robust 1000W (peak power) rear hub motor and 8-speed transmission conquer 30° steep slopes with ease in off-road mode. A 15Ah battery offers up to 60 miles of range, fulfilling diverse needs with a single bike.

With a lightweight frame design, BIG SUR boasts a 48V dual-battery system that supports 15Ah/20Ah batteries for convenient swappable battery compatibility. It comes standard with 230mm front/rear hydraulic disc brakes for reliable stopping power. Essential lighting and visibility features include daytime running lights, turn signals, reflective strips, and a 100-meter visibility taillight, ensuring secure night rides.
